DiveLogic runs on a desktop computer and in a web browser. Both plan the same dives and give the same schedule.

Pulling dives off a dive computer needs Bluetooth, which a browser cannot use. There is no setting to turn on and no workaround: in a browser the dive-computer panel does not offer to scan, and tells you to sync from the desktop or mobile app instead. See Pairing a dive computer.
Your dives, plans, reviews and conversations are stored against your account rather than the machine that downloaded them, so a dive synced once is readable everywhere you sign in. See Sync.

Mobile
The iOS and Android applications are in testing and not released. They plan the same dives as the desktop and sync dive computers over Bluetooth; when they are published, Getting started will carry the links.
