You connect a dive computer over Bluetooth from the Computers list, then leave it connected while the app reads the dives it holds. Pairing is per session: DiveLogic re-scans and reconnects each time, and there is no operating-system pairing step first. A computer you have used before is listed by name with the time you last connected, and the scan control sits at the foot of the panel.

Which computers work
DiveLogic talks to Shearwater dive computers and no others, so a Suunto, Garmin, Mares, Scubapro or Aqualung will never appear in a scan. These are the models DiveLogic can name on a downloaded dive:

A Shearwater not in that list is still found and still downloads normally; it leaves the model name blank on the dive.
Connecting

Enable Bluetooth on the dive computer, immediately before scanning. On most models it is a menu item on the wrist unit, and the computer makes itself visible only for a short window afterwards.

Select Scan for Computers. The button reads Scan Again on later attempts, and the list shows Scanning… while the scan runs.

Pick the computer from the results. New ones carry a New badge and their signal strength in dBm; one you have connected before is listed above them with the time you last used it, and carries a Live badge when the current scan can see it.

Wait for the connection: budget about five seconds with the computer awake and visible. The header reads Connecting…, then Syncing…, then Online.
You have connected when the header shows Online and the dive list fills. If a connection drops, the header shows Reconnect, which repeats the sequence.
Removing a computer
The remove control on a known computer asks:
Forget name? This removes it from your dive computer list. Whether it can be removed depends on whether it still holds dive history.
Forget succeeds only if the computer holds no dives in your account. If it does, the dialogue reports how many and offers Delete dives & forget, which removes the computer and the dives with it.
